What You ll DoProvide care to multiple medical-surgical patients with potential duties in the ER due to float policy

Assist with various patient needs, following prescribed treatment plans

Collaborate with a team including LPNs, CNAs, and staff secretary to ensure quality patient care

Utilize Athena electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation

Adapt to a flexible workload, with possible shifts leaning more toward MedSurg or ER as needed

Maintain compliance with AHA certification requirements (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC)

What You Need

Required:

Kansas or multistate RN license

BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (AHA)

1+ years of RN experience (may consider under 3 years)

Preferred:

Previous travel RN experience

Ability to float between MedSurg and ER shifts effectively

Strong adaptability and teamwork skills
