Quick Facts Location: Goodland, KS Start Date: 10/19/2026 End Date: 01/18/2027 Shift: Night (6 PM 6 AM) Hours/Week: 36 hours Employment Type: Contract Licensing: Kansas or multistate license required Experience: Preferred under 3 years, travel experience a plus Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (All AHA) Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $54.94 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide high-quality care to medical-surgical patients, including those in the ER when needed Float between Med Surg and ER based on patient needs Collaborate with a team of 2 nurses, 1 aide, and 1 staff secretary Maintain patient safety and comfort with a patient load of approximately 1:3 ratio Adhere to facility protocols and medical standards Document patient care accurately within Athena EMR system Participate in shift changes, meetings, and emergency responses What You Need Required: Kansas or multistate RN license BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (All AHA) Ability to work night shift (6 PM 6 AM) Prior experience preferred, including travel experience or under 3 years in field Preferred: Flexibility to handle both Med Surg and ER cases Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated medical team in a well-established facility in Goodland, KS.
