Quick Facts: Location: Goodland, KS Start Date: 10/19/2026 End Date: 01/18/2027 Shift: Nights, 6 PM - 6 AM Hours/Week: 36 Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Kansas or Multistate RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA) Experience: Preferably 3+ years, open to less Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $54.94 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with law Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements available What You ll Do: Provide patient care on a Med Surg unit that may float to the Emergency Room Manage a patient ratio typically around 3:1 to 5:1 Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and staff secretary to deliver seamless patient care Handle diverse cases and support ER in addition to Med Surg needs Follow facility protocols and maintain accurate documentation Use Athena EMR for charting and patient updates What You Need: Active Kansas or multistate RN license BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (AHA) Preferred: 3+ years of RN experience, travel experience beneficial but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This assignment at a leading facility in Goodland, Kansas, involves working in a hybrid Med Surg and ER environment.
