Job description
VA Fargo Healthcare System is seeking an Associate Chief of Staff for Research & Development (ACOS/R&D) to lead the research program and serve as a principal investigator. The role combines executive duties with clinical responsibilities in a structured federal setting.
The ACOS/R&D will supervise the Research and Development service, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and align research activities with VHA mission and standards. Strong leadership and governance are required.
