Physician Liaison | Healthcare Sales | Territory: Baltimore, Carroll & Harford CountyLocation: Baltimore County, MD | Carroll County, MD | Harford County (Field-Based Role)Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based | Travel Within Territory RequiredCompensation: Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000About the Role:At CoreLife, in partnership with MedStar Health, we are changing how obesity and chronic conditions are treated through an integrated, multidisciplinary care model.We are seeking a Physician Liaison (Healthcare Sales / Provider Relations) to support our clinics in Bel Air, Owings Mills, Westminster, and White Marsh, MD.This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on building strong partnerships with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers to drive patient referrals and improve access to care.Position Overview:As a Physician Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact between CoreLife and the medical community, helping providers understand how our programs support patients with obesity and chronic disease management.This role is ideal for someone with healthcare sales, provider relations, or medical outreach experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionalsEducate providers and medical staff on CoreLife programs and servicesDrive referral growth by increasing awareness and engagement within the medical communityServe as the liaison between CoreLife clinics and referring providersConduct in-person meetings, presentations, and outreach visits within your territoryPartner with marketing, sales, and business development teams to expand market presenceRepresent CoreLife at community events, healthcare meetings, and networking opportunitiesTrack outreach activity and referral trends to support business growthEnsure a seamless experience for providers and patients through effective communicationWhat Makes This Role Unique:Work in a mission-driven healthcare organizationPartner with MedStar Health—a leading healthcare systemBe part of an innovative, integrated care model with CoreLifeHigh-impact role directly influencing patient access to careUncapped earning potential through incentive structureStrong opportunity for career growth in healthcare business developmentQualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldExperience in healthcare sales, physician liaison, or provider relations preferredBackground in a medical, clinical, or nutrition-related field is a plusProven ability to build relationships and drive resultsStrong communication, presentation, and public speaking skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with executive leadership and clinical teamsHighly organized with strong time management and territory planning skillsProficient with CRM systems and technology toolsValid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territoryBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Life InsuranceComprehensive Ancillary BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)7 Paid HolidaysRetirement PlanCareer Growth OpportunitiesThis position is currently accepting applications.
