About this role
As a Physician in Lifestyle Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role, you will provide clinical services to patients for preventing, treating, and managing chronic diseases and improving quality of life. This position includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance. You will practice at our Intermountain Health Live Well Center - Park City, UT. Experienced Lifestyle Medicine Physicians and New Graduates with Wellness Certification will be considered.
What you’ll bring
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency training in the designated discipline
Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
Lifestyle / Wellness Certification
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
