Emergency Room RN - Sweetwater, TX Level 4 Trauma Center

Quick Facts Location: Sweetwater, TX Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date/Duration: 02/01/2027 Shift: Nights (7p-7a) Hours/week: Full-time (36 hours/week) Employment Type: Contract/Travel RN License/Certs: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH certifications required Experience: Minimum 1 year ER nursing experiencePay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignmentWhat You'll Do Provide critical care and emergency interventions to patients in a busy ER setting Collaborate with EM boarded physicians and team members to stabilize and treat trauma cases Manage a patient volume of approximately 900 monthly, utilizing the TruBridge EMR system Follow protocols and procedures for trauma and emergency situations Ensure compliance with all safety and medical standards Document patient care accurately and efficiently Support hospital initiatives for quality patient outcomesWhat You Need Valid RN license for Texas Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications Minimum 1 year ER nursing experience in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and critical thinking skillsAbout the Assignment
