Physician - Primary Care
Job Details:
Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians invited to join an established outpatient primary care practice
100% office-based, outpatient primary care setting
Ask about a 4-day work week option
Full-time, weekdays only schedule
Phone call only, averaging 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
Practice supported by a collaborative team-based model including nursing staff and your own medical assistant
Advanced technology including EPIC with Dragon and Ambient AI integration, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers
Continuous professional development opportunities through The Center for Education, Simulation & Innovation (CESI) and Provider Leadership Development Institute
