Job Description\ N Open to experienced Board Certified provider or TRULY Board Eligible recent graduates
\ N If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible
\ N Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
\ N Not accepting Locums candidates
\ N Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers
\ N

Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
\ N Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible) or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine - REQUIRED
\ N MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
\ N DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
\ N BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
\ N Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
\ N Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
