\ N Long-term MFM coverage opportunity due to physician vacancy
\ N Flexible option for onefull-time provider or two providers splitting coverage
\ N Clinic-focused assignment with very light call responsibilities

\ N Expedited credentialingavailable within 30 days
### 'Assignment Details' \ N Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
\ N Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
\ N Start Date: July 20, 2026
\ N End Date: December 31, 2026
\ N Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
\ N Call Type: Beeper Call
\ N Call Coverage: Nights and weekends
\ N Call Requirements: Occasional phone consults only, no onsite response required
\ N Patients Per Day: 20-30
\ N EMR: Epic
\ N Coverage Option: Full-time or 2 providers covering 2 weeks per month each
### 'Requirements' \ N Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine
\ N BLS
Fellowship Training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
\ N Wisconsin license preferred
\ N WI Act 10 eligibility accepted
### 'Clinical Details' \ N Maternal-Fetal Medicineclinic coverage
\ N High-risk pregnancy management
\ N Pregnancy-induced hypertension and HELLP syndrome
\ N Type I, Type II, and gestational diabetes
\ N Maternal cardiac, pulmonary, renal, neurologic, and autoimmune disorders
\ N Hematologic and oncologic complications in pregnancy
\ N Multiple gestations
\ N Placenta previa and placental abruption
\ N VBAC management
Vaginal breech delivery
\ N Amniocentesis and genetic procedures
\ N Cervical cerclage
Intrauterine transfusion
\ N Multifetal pregnancy reduction
\ N Performance and interpretation of Level II ultrasounds
\ N Fetal echocardiography
\ N Chorionic villus sampling
\ N Fetal blood sampling
\ N Supported by nursing, imaging, and office staff
