Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician - Rockford, IL Schedule: December 15-21 - ongoing Practice Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: procedures required are Amnio preferred, Cerclage required, Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) is a plus but not required Credentialing Timeframe: temporary privileges available EMR: Epic Must be board certified must have an Illinois license
