Quick Facts: Location: 1400 East Boulder Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Flexible schedule, various shifts available Hours per Week: Based on FTE arrangement Employment Type: Full-time License/Certifications: Medical license in Colorado, Board Certification/Eligibility in Anesthesiology Experience: Prior anesthesia practice experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (as standard for this posting) Competitive salary package up to $469,000 - $520,000 annually $20,000 starting bonus Additional income opportunities through extra shift availability Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Robust referral bonus program Paid malpractice coverage Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Flexible PTO options, including up to 16 weeks of vacation Generous CME allowance Retirement plans with employer matching, including 403(b) and 457(b) options What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases, including trauma, OB, spine, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, ENT, gynecology, urology, and GI procedures Collaborate closely with surgical teams, nurses, and anesthesia staff in both inpatient and outpatient settings Participate in a fair and manageable call rotation supporting work-life balance Maintain and expand procedural and clinical skills across multiple specialties Engage in mentorship and optional leadership activities Contribute to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement aligned with UCHealth’s mission What You Need: Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Colorado Board-eligible or certified in Anesthesiology Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork Ability to work across various surgical environments, including trauma centers and outpatient outpatient surgical centers Motivated to grow with a leading health system About the Assignment: Join UCHealth Medical Group at Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs, CO, a vibrant community with scenic beauty and outdoor recreation opportunities.
