Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Southfield, MI Employer: Curative Pay: $425,000 to $450,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position General Cardiology Opportunity in Detroit, Michigan Join an established, value-based healthcare organization in the Detroit metro area dedicated to preventive cardiology. This role allows you to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care within a collaborative team, completely free from production pressures, hospital call, or weekend rounds. Practice Overview: 100% outpatient General Cardiology, no inpatient coverage and no interventional work Consults follow-ups with longer visit times; average 15-20 patients/day Collaborative care team with PCPs, care managers, and health coaches Clinical leadership opportunities (education, protocol support, CHF initiatives) Schedule: Monday-Friday predictable clinic schedule No call and no weekends Outpatient-only workflow: no TEEs, no STEMI, no cath, no moonlighting Multi-center support model available for physicians who like variety across sites Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $450,000 for practicing physicians ($425,000 for fellows) Up to 10% annual quality bonus (value-based; no RVUs / no production metrics) Signing bonus and relocation assistance Benefits include malpractice coverage, 401(k) match up to 6%, 33 days PTO holidays, and CME ($3,500 5 days) Candidate Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible General Cardiologist Fellowship-trained (General Cardiology) Comfortable reading stress tests and interpreting Holter monitors Outpatient-focused mindset with interest in coaching/partnering with PCPs and care teams Community & Location Highlights: Multiple practice locations across the Detroit metro area , offering flexibility in setting and patient population Access to a wide range of living options, from walkable urban neighborhoods to established, family-friendly suburbs Vibrant metro with professional sports, dining, arts, and cultural attractions Close proximity to the Great Lakes, parks, and outdoor recreation for easy weekend escapes Convenient travel with Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) providing direct access to major cities nationwide If you're exploring new opportunities, I'd be happy to share more details and see if this could be a fit.614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
