About the Position Franciscan Physician Network -
Full Time - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m Employed Average Patients seen:
Outpatient volume: 16 - 20 patients per day; Rounding volume: 10 – 15 patients per day Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation evenings and weekends Sign-On Bonus Compensation:

DETAILS: - Current practice consists of four physicians, two advanced practice providers, and multiple RNs and MAs - Split schedule between our Chesteron and Michigan City clinics - Travel to outreach locations
