The Practice
A growing dermatology team of physicians and experienced advanced practice providers Practice mix is approximately 95% medical dermatology with room to expand cosmetic services Physicians focus on higher-acuity cases while APPs manage lower-complexity visits Strong MA support, established clinic operations, and a streamlined EMR system The Schedule
Four-day workweek with flexibility for an optional additional half-day No call responsibilities High-volume outpatient setting with the ability to see 40 to 50 patients per day with full support staff Compensation and Benefits
Base salary around $450,000 with collections-based earning potential on top Realistic path to $1M+ annually through productivity and ancillary revenue Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, negotiable Comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage, PTO, CME support, medical benefits, and retirement options You'll Need
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology Procedural comfort and interest in medical dermatology preferred Open to experienced physicians and new graduates alike Life in Lafayette
