Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Greenville, KY Employer: Curative Pay: $426,000 to $511,000 per year Shift Information: 4 days x 10 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Emergency Medicine in Kentucky Step into a steady, community-based Emergency Medicine position within a respected regional hospital setting. Offering a 3-year income guarantee, robust student loan assistance, and optional resident teaching opportunities, this role provides high clinical autonomy paired with long-term financial stability. Practice Overview: You'll join an employed Emergency Medicine team in a respected community hospital setting (10-bed ED, ~15,000 visits/year, ~40 patients/day) Single-physician coverage model with APP support (about 10 hours of APP coverage daily) Broad "bread-and-butter" EM across all ages, with a manageable rural/community case mix Optional involvement with teaching through a Family Medicine Residency Program Schedule: 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a Full-time target is ~142 shifts/year (about 12 shifts/month) Day and night rotations are evenly distributed to keep scheduling fair 24-hour physician coverage with consistent APP support to help maintain flow Compensation & Benefits: $426,000 guaranteed base (3-year guarantee) built on a $250/hour structure $35,000 upfront bonus plus up to $50,000 engagement bonus Up to $100,000 student loan repayment ($25K/year for 4 years) and residency stipend available ($2,000/month) $6,000 CME annually $2,000 for licensure/professional expenses; comprehensive benefits and malpractice with tail included Candidate Requirements: ABEM/AOBEM Board-Certified or Board-Eligible preferred; MD or DO welcome Family Medicine physicians with significant Emergency Medicine experience will be considered Comfortable treating full-spectrum patients (pediatrics through geriatrics) Seeking physicians interested in a longer-term home (3 years preferred); U.S. citizen or Green Card Community & Location Highlights: Small-town Kentucky living with a lower cost of living and easy day-to-day commutes Outdoor time is close by with parks, trails, and local nature spots Convenient access to larger-city amenities, about 1.5 hours to Nashville and Louisville Family-friendly feel with community events, local festivals, and a classic downtown setting Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
