Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Boston, MA Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a high-performing, integrated Emergency Medicine department in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This established team includes more than 30 Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple Emergency Department sites. Physicians will provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a collaborative, well-supported environment. Clinical time will be allocated between two Emergency Departments, based on departmental needs and provider preference. Schedule: Regular schedule of 28 or 32 clinical hours per week Two weekends per month required Balanced schedule designed to support work-life integration Requirements: MD, DO, or foreign medical equivalent Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Emergency Medicine residency Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) Eligible for full, unrestricted Massachusetts medical licensure Compensation & Benefits: $250 per hour, inclusive of salary and incentive structure Health and dental insurance Retirement plan CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Paid time off Why Join Us Large, collegial Emergency Medicine team with strong APP support Integrated, multi-site Emergency Department system Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Stable scheduling with flexibility in site coverage This opportunity is ideal for Emergency Medicine physicians seeking a collaborative practice, schedule flexibility, and long-term stability within a respected regional healthcare system.
