SSM Health | Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity | Arnold, MO
SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a stable, collaborative outpatient practice with strong infrastructure, an established patient panel, and exceptional work‑life balance. This opportunity replaces a departing provider and offers immediate patient volume, long‑term stability, and competitive compensation support.

Two exam rooms per provider
Onsite equipment, including diabetic eye exams, vBHI, imaging, lab services, and point‑of‑care testing
Schedule & Call
Flexible clinic scheduling models (20/40 or 15/30 )
Weekday call only; weekend call rotation 1:8
After‑hours triage handles most calls
Zero hours in the hospital while on weekend call
Candidate Qualifications
Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
