SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established, growing practice in beautiful Baraboo, Wisconsin, just 40 miles north of Madison. The Opportunity:
100% outpatient Family Medicine
Minimal call responsibilities with a large call group
Flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time opportunities
Established patient demand with the ability to build a busy practice quickly
Large, integrated multi-specialty network providing robust referral support
EPIC electronic medical record system
Opportunity to practice autonomously while benefiting from the resources of a leading health system
Compensation & Benefits:
2-year guaranteed salary starting at $310K
