Job description
SSM Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Ripon, Wisconsin.
This opportunity offers a supportive practice environment where you can build meaningful relationships with patients, collaborate with dedicated colleagues, and be part of a mission-driven health system committed to thoughtful, purposeful care.
Position Highlights:
Full-time family medicine practice
Ability to have a 4- or 5-day work week; flexible hours
Outpatient-focused care in a collaborative clinical setting
Opportunity to care for patients across the full spectrum of family medicine
Support from an integrated health system with resources designed to help clinicians thrive
Large call group with minimal call, approximately 1 x a quarter
Longevity among providers in group
4 MDS and 1 NP
Clinic is attached to the hospital
Specialty physician care with outreach clinics

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits to include:

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program

About SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital: Located in Ripon, Wisconsin, SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital has been providing quality health care with a personalized approach for nearly 90 years. The facility features 16 private patient rooms - 13 medical/surgical and three Intensive Care Units. Surgical services are available on the hospitals first floor, immediately by the main entrance, and features three surgical suites and one endoscopic procedure room.
