Job description
Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, a 110-member private multispecialty group serving east central Wisconsin as part of SSM Health, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice.
The Opportunity:
Multi-specialty clinic serving the greater Fond du Lac area in Wisconsin
Affiliated with SSM Health
Competitive Compensation & Signing Bonus
Full-time position consisting of 8 half days per week
Part-time positions consist of a variety of schedules
Outstanding physician engagement and retention rates
Call includes phone-only call rotation for the clinic along with newborn rounding/nursery coverage

At our Fond du Lac, WI facility, physicians are employed by the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, an independent yet closely affiliated group, while advanced practice providers (APPs) are directly employed by SSM Health, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.
