Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: St Albans, VT Employer: Curative Pay: $250,000 to $260,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Family Medicine | Northwestern Vermont Reclaim your lifestyle with flexible 4-day workweek options, remote phone call, and zero hospital coverage in a scenic Lake Champlain community. Designed to prevent physician burnout, this outpatient primary care opportunity features a gradual patient ramp-up, no OB duties, and a manageable daily flow. Build a deeply rewarding practice while reserving ample time to explore Vermont's lakes, mountain trails, and vibrant local culture. Practice Overview: You will join a collaborative outpatient practice with physicians and advanced practice providers sharing call and clinical support Independent, physician-owned model with a defined partner track and future ownership potential Broad-scope Family Medicine with procedures including skin biopsies, IUDs, Nexplanon, suturing, splinting, and women's health Practice-only call with no hospital coverage and no OB responsibilities Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule with options for four or five clinical days per week Approximately 20 patients per day with a gradual ramp-up for new physicians Shared phone call rotation with remote weekend coverage only Outpatient-focused workflow supported by MAs, nursing staff, and care coordination Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range of $250,000 to $260,000 depending on experience Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Partner track after two years with a modest buy-in structure Comprehensive benefits including 401k with employer match, malpractice coverage, CME support, and paid time off Candidate Requirements: Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians Comfortable with outpatient continuity care and in-office procedures Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Community & Location Highlights: Small city lifestyle with a walkable downtown, local dining, and frequent community events Immediate access to Lake Champlain and year-round outdoor recreation Housing costs that remain accessible compared to larger regional markets Convenient access to a regional airport and major Northeast cities Let's explore how this practice model aligns with your long-term professional priorities.614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
