Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Philadelphia, PA Employer: Curative Pay: $250,000 to $270,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Medical Director | Outpatient Primary Care | Philadelphia, PA Step into a senior leadership role at a well-established outpatient clinic serving a diverse patient population in West Philadelphia. This is a rare opportunity for a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to blend meaningful clinical care with strategic and administrative leadership. Practice Overview Join a multidisciplinary team including pediatricians, family physicians, NPs, and behavioral health providers 100% outpatient practice at a flagship West Philadelphia location No hospital responsibilities-focus entirely on community-based primary care Opportunity to influence clinical workflows, quality initiatives, and program development Schedule 3 clinical days and 2 dedicated administrative days each week Standard hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM No weekend requirements Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to $270,000 Additional $24,000 annual incentive program 200 hours PTO , plus 40 sick hours and 10 paid holidays CME allowance Full reimbursement for licensing, malpractice, and credentialing Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) and 457 retirement plans with employer match Community & Location Highlights Located in vibrant West Philadelphia, this role offers access to a rich urban environment with strong community ties.
