Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Brockton, MA Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A well-established, multi-disciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Adult Primary Care Physician to join its growing team. This is a 100% outpatient, clinic-based role focused exclusively on adult medicine, offering a highly desirable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with no call and no weekend responsibilities. This opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking a collaborative, mission-driven environment dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing health equity within a diverse population. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult patient population in a fast-paced outpatient setting Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Partner with advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to deliver coordinated, team-based care Promote preventive health measures and patient education to improve long-term outcomes Contribute to a patient-centered care model with a strong emphasis on community health and health equity Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary: $220,000 – $258,824 annually Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure Strong commitment to team-based, patient-centered care Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole preferred Prior experience in ambulatory care, community health, or public health settings preferred About the Organization This respected community-based healthcare organization provides integrated, multidisciplinary services to a diverse patient population.
