Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Buckhead, GA Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team in Buckhead, Georgia. This position offers a flexible, patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours and minimal weekend commitment—without any on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment. Schedule: 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult population Perform routine exams, including Pap smears, and manage acute and chronic conditions Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within a primary care setting Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage a patient volume of approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions Compensation & Benefits: $230,000 - $280,000 20-30% incentive 401(k) with generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health insurance plan options Paid Time Off CME allowance and time Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Valid and unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care AAS614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
