Quick Facts Location: Moody Outpatient Clinic, Parkland Campus, Dallas, TX Start Date: 09/09/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Experience: Outpatient experience with adult patients required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Pay Package: Competitive pay packages discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure/certification/travel reimbursements where applicable, and a robust referral bonus program What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult patients Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Manage care during post-discharge and transitional periods Collaborate with specialists, care teams, and case managers Develop and implement personalized care plans Ensure accurate documentation within Epic EMR Participate in quality improvement initiatives Support underserved populations with culturally competent care Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations What You Need Active Board Certification in Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM) Strong outpatient primary care experience for adult patients Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams Proficiency with electronic medical records, especially Epic Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care About the Assignment This position is based at the Moody Outpatient Clinic on the Parkland Campus in Dallas, TX. It offers an outpatient-focused role with no inpatient duties, dedicated to serving an underserved adult population. The clinic emphasizes comprehensive, patient-centered care within a nationally recognized teaching hospital environment.
