Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Indiana Employer: ARR Healthcare Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A nonprofit hospital system in northwest Indiana is adding Family Medicine physicians to its primary care team. This established healthcare system is steadily expanding in virtually all physician service lines. The physicians work well together and are eager to mentor and support new physicians as they build their practices. The group has needs in its Hobart location, which is under an hour from Chicago, IL. About the Opportunity: Work in a small-group setting. Monday-Friday work week. No weekends 36 clinical hours per week Average daily patient census: 20-24 Shared call structure with several providers EPIC EMR Opening due to Growth Compensation/Benefits: Guaranteed base salary ($250K Range) plus RVUs with a bonus structure based on productivity and quality Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance Robust benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, $6,000 per contract year for license, dues, CME Location/Community: Hobart is a city in Lake County, Indiana, United States. The population was 29,752 at the 2020 census, up from 29,059 in 2010. It has been historically primarily residential, though recent annexation has added a notable retail corridor to the city.
