Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Plymouth, IN Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Family Medicine • Job Type: Permanent • Facility Location: Plymouth, IN • Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Vacancy • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical Call • Work Schedule: TBD; Days • Call Schedule: TBD; 1:7 via Phone only • Other Info: Open to H-1B and J-1 Visa • Duties: - Basic laboratory services - Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives - May be required to maintain active membership status - Actively demonstrates the organization’s mission - Knows and adheres to all laws and regulations - Performs complete, accurate history and physical assessment/examination - Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic tests and accurately - Prescribes appropriate treatment - Provides direct patient and family education - Determines the effectiveness of patient care plans, treatment and interventions - Responsible for communication with physician - Participates in medical record, patient care, quality assurance, process improvement and compliance audits, evaluations and follow-up - Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness - Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job Requirements: • Active IN License (highly preferred) • BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency) • BLS & ACLS • DEA • Proof of COVID Vaccine • Must be experienced in using EPIC Benefits: • Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. • Malpractice, including tail insurance. • Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits. • CME (27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000) • $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships. • Student loan Assistance • Relocation Assistance614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
