Quick Facts Location: 1600 North Grand Avenue, Pueblo, CO 81003 Start Date: Flexible End Date/Duration: Ongoing temporary assignment Shift: Mon-Fri, 36 hours/week Hours/week: 36 patient-facing Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible (must complete residency) Experience: Preferably recent residency completion; no minimum specified Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Annual Salary: $257,000 - $286,000 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (eligibility required) Productivity Bonus: Based on wRVUs Student Loan Assistance: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years) Relocation Package: Available for eligible candidates Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans CME Allowance: Yes, provides support for ongoing professional development Malpractice Insurance: Paid coverage provided What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population Manage a panel of patients with a focus on preventive, acute, and chronic care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a physician-led environment Participate in after-hours on-call rotation alongside colleagues Utilize nearby lab and imaging services for efficient patient care Contribute to quality improvement and care coordination strategies Help foster UCHealth’s mission of accessible, innovative healthcare What You Need Current Colorado medical license or eligible Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to quickly establish a patient panel in a dynamic clinical environment About the Assignment This position is at a leading facility in Pueblo, Colorado, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered family medicine care.
