Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Santa Cruz, CA Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 15 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Santa Cruz Community Health Centers - Full Time Hours:15 hours/week admin, ~25 hours/week clinical Employed New Graduates Welcome to Apply Call Schedule: No Call Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: - $220,000 - $290,000, depending on years of relevant experience & education - 3% COLA offered each year in July - Full-time, Salary, Exempt (with 15 hours/week dedicated to the Managing Director role) - Clinical Time: The remaining ~25 hours per week are spent providing direct patient care in their clinical specialty (as an MD, DO, NP, or PA).
