This outpatient opportunity is built around you and your patients—not visit volume—allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-based care with the support of a collaborative clinical team. Position Highlights Full-Time, Monday–Friday Schedule | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Outpatient-Only Primary Care Competitive Base Salary: $253,643-$380,464 Bonus opportunity Quarterly Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings Long-Term Incentive Eligible: Physicians may participate in the Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization's success Day-One PTO: 160 hours Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) plan with company match CME Support: 5 days of CME leave plus $2,000 reimbursement Collaborative, team-based practice environment Dedicated care coordination and population health support Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Active and unrestricted California medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related Primary Care specialty Active DEA license Strong commitment to patient-centered, preventive, and value-based care Excellent communication, clinical, and collaborative skills Located in the Inland Empire at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains, Upland offers an appealing Southern California lifestyle with access to outdoor recreation, dining, shopping, and entertainment.
