Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible MD/DO who is passionate about functional and integrative medicine. This is an opportunity to join a growing practice that focuses on root-cause medicine, prevention, and optimizing long-term health.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations with a focus on functional and integrative medicine
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss, and longevity programs
Order, interpret, and review advanced lab testing to guide care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR system
Stay current with the latest research and best practices in functional and longevity medicine
Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and satisfaction
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, or OB/GYN
Active Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain)
Additional state licensure is a plus but not required
Strong interest in functional/integrative medicine, hormone optimization, and longevity care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
