Doctor of Medicine | Gastroenterology Location: Grand Rapids, MI Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Summary: Ref : 58758 Profession: Physician Specialty: Gastroenterology Job Type: Full-time Location: Grand Rapids, MI Shift Schedule: Full-time daytime clinical practice with procedures and office-based care Weekend Requirements: Not specified On-Call Requirements: Anticipated every 8th week Shift Type: Days Requirements: Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible in Gastroenterology - (REQUIRED) (no exceptions) Valid MI license - (REQUIRED) - at time of employment. DEA - (REQUIRED) BLS Certification and maintain recertification - (REQUIRED) Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - (REQUIRED) * no exemption, required at presentation Board Certification (or Board Eligibility with plan to certify within 2 years) BLS Certification (with maintenance of recertification) DEA BLS MI License Board Certified Board Eligible DEA Benefits: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
