This is an excellent opportunity to build a practice within a collegial group while enjoying easy access to Chicago and a high quality of life. Opportunity Details Full-time, employed position with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities Well-established group practice with strong referral support Flexible Monday-Friday schedule 20-30 clinic patients per day 10-15 hospital patients per day Shared 1:7 call rotation Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologists encouraged to apply Subspecialty interests welcomed with the ability to tailor your practice Mentorship and support from an experienced physician team EPIC EMR is utilized in both inpatient and outpatient settings with integrated AI functionality HIMSS Stage VII health system (among the most advanced healthcare systems in the nation) Typical onboarding timeline of 90-120 days Compensation & Benefits Excellent salary based on MGMA guidelines Productivity and quality incentive bonuses Negotiable sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Generous CME allowance Licensure, DEA, and professional dues reimbursement Six weeks of flexible paid time off Community Highlights Located in Northwest Indiana, this opportunity offers the perfect balance of suburban living and big-city access.
