Doctor of Medicine | Geriatrics Location: El Paso, TX Employer: Curative Pay: $265,000 to $330,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Geriatrics in El Paso, Texas Join a growing outpatient geriatrics program where you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care for older adults while helping shape the future of the practice. This opportunity in El Paso, Texas offers a collaborative care model, schedule flexibility, and the support needed to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Practice Details Outpatient-only geriatrics care with no inpatient responsibilities High-volume clinic seeing approximately 14 to 18 patients per day Multidisciplinary support, including nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and a clinical pharmacist Modern outpatient setting with exam rooms, on-site pharmacy, imaging, lab, and attached emergency department Opportunity to contribute to the development of a new geriatrics clinic and future leadership roles Schedule Monday through Friday outpatient schedule Option for a four-day workweek No weekends Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary with additional incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Full benefits package including malpractice coverage CME allowance with paid CME time Candidate Requirements Fellowship-trained in Geriatrics or significant geriatrics experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Spanish-speaking preferred but not required; interpreter services and AI-supported tools available Values independence while working within a team-based care model About El Paso, Texas El Paso offers a welcoming community with a low cost of living, easy commutes, and a warm climate year-round.
