Doctor of Medicine | Geriatrics Location: Las Vegas, NV Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a full-time Adult Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to members enrolled in an Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP). This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on medically complex seniors through proactive care management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a strong focus on improving outcomes and preventing avoidable hospitalizations. J oin a growing, patient-centered healthcare organization serving Medicare members with complex chronic conditions in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, and other institutional settings throughout the Las Vegas area. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $211,369–$317,053 Individual and company performance bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Malpractice coverage Additional benefits and professional support Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible. Active Nevada medical license, or ability to obtain licensure. Valid DEA registration. Two or more years of experience in SNF, LTC, post-acute care, or complex senior care preferred. Experience with HCC coding, Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, and STARs documentation preferred. Comfortable practicing in institutional and post-acute care settings.
