Doctor of Medicine | Hospitalist Location: Washington Employer: ARR Healthcare Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Enterprise Medical is partnering with a reputable healthcare system in Central Washington to recruit a motivated hospitalist to join its team of 30 hospitalist physicians and 16 APPs. Position Highlights: Daytime Hospitalist position Flexible scheduling model: 180 shifts first year, and additional shifts available if desired Semi-open ICU Salary range $317,398-$343,133 Generous signing bonus and relocation expenses covered up to $20,000 Internal Loan Repayment up to $125,000 30 days PTO in the first year, plus a $10,000 CME allowance every two years Robust healthcare benefits, life insurance, long-term disability, and 401(k) with employer match Location Highlights: The hospital is located in a welcoming, family-friendly community in central Washington, known for its abundant outdoor recreation, including boating, fishing, and hiking.
