Doctor of Medicine | Infectious Disease Location: Sacramento, CA Employer: Curative Pay: $300,000 to $350,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Outpatient Infectious Disease Leadership Opportunity Sacramento, California | 100% Outpatient | Loan Forgiveness Eligible Are you an Infectious Disease specialist looking for a position that offers true work-life balance while allowing you to make a meaningful community impact? A rapidly growing outpatient practice in Sacramento is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician to lead and expand our comprehensive sexual health and prevention programs. This role is 100% outpatient with no inpatient rounding , offering a predictable weekday schedule and light patient volume. Key Highlights & Practice Overview 100% Outpatient Practice: Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule. Zero hospital rounding responsibilities. Balanced Workload: Care for 8-16 patients per day through a combination of in-person visits and virtual consults. Dedicated Support Team: Work directly with a dedicated Medical Assistant and Patient Navigator, with seamless access to primary care, psychiatry, and substance use specialists. Program Leadership: Shape clinical direction by establishing protocols, expanding injectable HIV/PrEP therapies, and leading STI prevention initiatives for high-need populations. Candidate Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease. Expertise or strong interest in outpatient HIV, Hepatitis B/C, PrEP/PEP, and STI care.
