Doctor of Medicine | Infectious Disease Location: Bronx, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description Join a dynamic healthcare team as an Infectious Disease Physician , specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of infectious diseases. Focus on both patient care and community health , including managing outbreaks, consulting on complex cases, and contributing to research on emerging infectious threats. Key Responsibilities: Review patient medical records, lab results, and diagnostic imaging ⚕️ Consult on referrals from other medical professionals Run diagnostic tests on unidentified or drug-resistant infections Analyze results and develop tailored treatment plans Conduct physical exams and order additional tests as needed Administer immunizations and educate patients on infection prevention Work with communities to identify outbreaks and recommend preventive measures Conduct research on new strains of illnesses and track community health trends Collaborate with healthcare teams on complex infection cases Requirements MD or DO with Board Eligible or Board Certified status in Infectious Disease Valid New York State medical license Strong knowledge of infection treatment, containment, and patient outcomes ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual Spanish fluency preferred Benefits Competitive salary: $180,000 – $250,000 Work in a supportive hospital and community-focused environment Opportunity to manage complex infectious disease cases Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams ⚡ Contribute to research and public health initiatives Professional growth in infection control and community health614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
