Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ (with rotation among Egg Harbor Township, Hammonton, and Atlantic City) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing until a permanent neurologist is hired Shift: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license; DEA; New Jersey CDS; BLS Experience: Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology; outpatient practice experience preferred Pay: Pay package discussed upon application Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate (details discussed upon application) Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursement Supportive interdisciplinary team environment What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient neurology care for adult and geriatric patients Manage common neurological conditions such as headache, seizure disorders, neuropathy, and movement disorders Review diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, and outside medical records Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists Document and follow up on patient visits promptly Offer coverage across multiple practice sites with a consistent schedule What You Need: Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license Board certification or eligibility in Neurology DEA and New Jersey CDS registration BLS certification Ability to provide outpatient care across multiple locations Strong communication and coordination skills About the Assignment: Join a reputable hospital-based outpatient neurology practice committed to providing comprehensive neurological services in southern New Jersey. The provider will be aligned with a collaborative team, ensuring quality patient outcomes and continuity of care. Schedules and site assignments will be coordinated in advance to fit operational needs and provider preferences.
