SSM Health is actively recruiting OB/GYN Hospitalists in Madison, WI. Join an established, well-supported organization offering highly structured schedules, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful community impact.
Opportunity Highlights
Employed Position: Work within a stable, highly reputable, and well-supported health care organization.
Favorable Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Monday through Sunday, and 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on Saturday and Sunday.
Work-Life Balance: Call and shift schedules are specifically designed to prioritize physician well-being.
Compensation: Highly competitive salary enhanced by productivity incentives.Potential earnings around $350,000 for 1.0 FTE.

Candidate Qualifications
Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Licensure: Must be eligible for a Wisconsin medical license.

Experience: Both new graduates and experienced physicians are warmly encouraged to apply.
Completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency program required.
