Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Rochester Hills, MI Employer: Curative Pay: $350,000 to $600,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position OB/GYN Opportunity in Homewood, Alabama You've built your skills, now step into an OB/GYN role where you can grow a steady patient panel quickly while keeping your schedule predictable. This is a full-scope Obstetrics & Gynecology position with strong hospital support and access to advanced women's services. Practice Overview You'll join a well-established OB/GYN group with 7 physicians plus advanced practice support Hospital-based resources include Level III NICU, on-campus MFM, and an OB Emergency Department with hospitalist support for call Procedural mix includes GYN surgery with block time available and access to surgical robotics Shared OB model with supportive L&D staff and a manageable call experience supported by nurse triage Schedule 4 days/week at the main clinic with 1 day/week at a nearby satellite location Clinic pace averages 20-25 patients/day with a balanced OB/GYN mix (approximately 60/40) Call is 1:5: typically 1 call day per week plus 1 weekend (Fri-Sun) about every 5th week (7a-7a) When you cover a weekend call, you won't have a weekday call night the following week; optional extra shifts may be available Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $300,000 (2-year guarantee) with a 2-year partnership track and eligibility in year 3 $25,000 sign-on bonus plus quarterly production bonus (20% net professional collections once threshold is met) 4 weeks PTO, dedicated CME time, and annual CME funds for approved professional expenses Comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage, health/disability, retirement with company match, maternity leave, and relocation support Candidate Requirements MD/DO; BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology (residents and experienced physicians welcomed) Comfort with full-scope women's health and evidence-based care in a shared OB model Current laparoscopy skills required; interest in growing surgical volume supported Minor malpractice/background items may be considered on a case-by-case basis Community & Location Highlights Homewood offers a highly convenient, physician-friendly location with easy access to the greater Birmingham area Strong mix of neighborhoods and housing options, from walkable areas to family-friendly suburbs Plenty of dining, shopping, parks, and year-round outdoor activities nearby Easy access to a major metro airport for straightforward regional and national travel Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals.614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
