Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Dillon, SC Employer: Curative Pay: $400,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position General Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Opportunity in Dillon, South Carolina | Unique 7-On/7-Off Schedule | $400K Starting Salary Build a rewarding OB/GYN practice with a respected community hospital expanding women's health services to meet growing patient demand. This hospital-employed opportunity offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, dedicated surgical time, strong clinical support, and a unique 7-on/7-off call schedule that promotes work-life balance. Whether you're an experienced physician or a new graduate, you'll have the resources to build a successful long-term practice. Practice Overview Join a collaborative women's health team with experienced APP support Practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with dedicated OR time and access to Da Vinci robotic surgery Care for a diverse patient population, including high-risk obstetrics and adolescent patients Approximately 300 deliveries annually with strong hospital support and surgical resources Schedule Monday-Friday clinic schedule from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with a half-day on Fridays One full OR day or two half-day block schedules each week 7-on/7-off call schedule with shared 1:7 call coverage Opportunity for additional compensation through ER call coverage Compensation & Benefits Hospital-employed position with a starting salary of $400,000 RVU production incentives beginning after annual threshold Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and CME allowance Stable employed practice with long-term earning potential Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology MD or DO; residents and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply Comfortable providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care Collaborative physician committed to delivering exceptional patient care Community & Location Highlights Enjoy an affordable, family-friendly community with excellent schools and a relaxed pace of life Convenient access to golf, parks, lakes, and outdoor recreation, including the Country Club of South Carolina Within easy driving distance of larger metropolitan areas and regional airports Experience the benefits of practicing in a welcoming community with strong patient demand Ready to build your ideal OB/GYN practice while enjoying a schedule designed for balance?
