Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Seguin, TX Employer: Curative Pay: $400,000 to $450,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position OB/GYN | Texas Hill Country | $450K Guaranteed | 4-Day Schedule Join an established OB/GYN practice in a regional independent hospital serving a growing community in the Texas Hill Country. Position Highlights Join 4 OB/GYNs, 4 family practice OB physicians, and 1 neonatologist Advanced practice provider support in the clinic and assistance in Labor & Delivery Physician involvement in committee meetings with a meaningful voice in shaping the practice's direction Practice within a regional independent hospital rather than a large health system 2025 Women's Choice Award for Obstetrics, placing the hospital among the top 13% of hospitals in the U.S. Autonomy to provide patient care within a supportive practice environment Schedule & Call Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Consistent operating room availability throughout designated practice hours Call radius includes the suburbs of Austin or San Antonio Compensation & Benefits $450,000 guaranteed salary $50,000 sign-on bonus IRS-max employer retirement contribution Comprehensive health insurance benefits at no cost Live & Work in the Texas Hill Country Enjoy a small-town feel with access to the amenities of larger metropolitan areas.
