Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Pine Bluff, AR Employer: Curative Pay: $425,000 to $600,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position OB/GYN Opportunity in Pine Bluff, Arkansas | $425K Base $50K Sign-On Join an established OB/GYN practice with experienced physicians, strong APRN support, and a stable patient base. With physician tenures ranging from 15 to 30 years, this opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment, manageable call, and strong earning potential. Position Highlights Join 3 full-time OB/GYN physicians and 1 part-time GYN physician Supported by 3 APRNs Approximately 700 deliveries annually Da Vinci robotic surgery available No abortions performed 1:4 weekend call 1 weeknight of call per week Compensation & Benefits $425,000 base salary based on a 9,000 RVU threshold with a $45 RVU payout $50,000 sign-on bonus $10,000 relocation assistance Student loan repayment and stipend negotiable J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship accepted Candidate Requirements MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN Comfort with full-scope OB/GYN care Live & Work in Pine Bluff Pine Bluff offers an affordable cost of living, a close-knit community, and a slower pace of life while remaining within easy reach of Little Rock.
