Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Grand Island, NE Employer: Curative Pay: $475,000 to $575,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position OB/GYN | Central Nebraska | $460K Base Incentives | 8 Weeks PTO Join a collaborative women's health team within a well-established regional healthcare system serving Central Nebraska. This full-scope OB/GYN role offers advanced clinical resources, subspecialty support, and flexibility for both experienced physicians and new graduates. Position Highlights Collaborative team with physician and certified nurse midwife support Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with access to Da Vinci robotic surgery Level III trauma center with Level III NICU and dedicated Labor & Delivery services Optional teaching opportunities through an academic affiliation with a regional medical school Dedicated ultrasound services in both the clinic and hospital Advanced women's imaging services, including breast imaging, available onsite Schedule Flexible schedule with approximately 20 clinic hours per week Team-based care model designed to support work-life balance Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $460,000 plus productivity incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Nearly eight weeks of paid time off CME allowance Retirement plan with employer match Paid malpractice with tail coverage Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply Eligible for medical licensure in Nebraska J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available Live & Practice in Central Nebraska Enjoy an affordable cost of living, excellent schools, and a welcoming, family-friendly community.
