Doctor of Medicine | Pain Medicine Location: Panama City, FL Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A well-established, privately owned pain management practice in Panama City, FL is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a physician trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who is interested in a high-volume, procedure-driven outpatient practice with strong long-term earning potential. Position Highlights Outpatient, office-based interventional pain management practice Procedure-focused role with established referral sources Well-trained clinical and procedural support staff Privately owned, physician-led practice with strong administrative infrastructure Stable patient volume with opportunity for growth Compensation & Benefits: Year 1 base salary: $375,000 – $425,000 Year 2: Transition to a draw on a percentage of collections Competitive compensation structure designed to reward productivity Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Malpractice insurance Additional benefits commensurate with experience Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship (required) Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure DEA registration in good standing Strong procedural skill set and commitment to evidence-based pain management Excellent communication and teamwork skills Located along Florida’s Emerald Coast , Panama City, FL offers beautiful beaches, a lower cost of living, and a growing healthcare market—making it an attractive destination for physicians seeking both professional opportunity and lifestyle balance.
