Doctor of Medicine | Pediatrics - General/Other Location: Glendive, MT Employer: Curative Pay: $260,000 to $300,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pediatrics in Montana Step into a mission-driven pediatric practice in Eastern Montana where high guaranteed compensation, massive debt relief, and hospital backing provide total career stability. Partnering alongside an experienced Med-Peds physician within a respected community hospital, you will inherit an established patient panel while building a dedicated pediatric service. Established Two-Physician Practice: Partner with an experienced Med-Peds physician to create a dedicated pediatric service within a respected community hospital. Balanced Clinical Scope: Maintain your outpatient focus while preserving inpatient and newborn skills through manageable rounding responsibilities. Patient-Focused Schedule: See an average of 15 patients per day, allowing for thoughtful visits and strong relationships with patients and families. Exceptional Financial Package: Earn a guaranteed salary of $260,000-$300,000, plus up to $150,000 in loan assistance, approximately $40,000 in sign-on and relocation support, 35 days of PTO, $5,000 CME funding, and employer retirement matching.
