Doctor of Medicine | Pediatrics - General/Other Location: Baton Rouge, LA Employer: Curative Pay: $272,000 to $320,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics Opportunity in Louisiana You'll step into a high-impact Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics role with immediate community need and strong referral demand. This is a chance to help shape a growing outpatient service line alongside an established pediatric network. Practice Overview You'll join a Pediatric Developmental Medicine team and serve as a key clinical leader as the program expands 100% outpatient practice supported by speech pathology, OT, psychology, clinical social work, and dedicated clinic staff Clinical focus includes ASD, developmental delay, complex ADHD, learning disorders, neurocognitive concerns, and medically complex children Strong built-in referral base with current new-patient autism evaluation lead times of several months Schedule Monday-Thursday 8:00a-4:30p; Friday 8:00a-12:00p Approximately 36 patient-facing hours plus 4 hours of admin time weekly Typical volume around 20 patients per day, with room to tailor templates as you ramp up No call responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package with performance incentives Relocation assistance available Generous time off including CME and Paid Parental Leave 403(b) retirement plan Non-profit, PSLF-eligible employer Candidate Requirements MD/DO required Board eligible or board certified in Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics Open to experienced physicians and new graduates Visa sponsorship available Community & Location Highlights Clinic location in Baton Rouge with convenient access to major neighborhoods and regional amenities Family-friendly living with a range of housing options and commutes that can stay manageable Easy weekend access to Louisiana culture, food, festivals, and outdoor recreation Regional airport access plus straightforward travel to Gulf Coast getaways614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
