Doctor of Medicine | Pediatrics - General/Other Location: Coos Bay, OR Employer: Curative Pay: $300,000 to $425,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pediatrics in Coastal Oregon Step into a physician-led multispecialty practice where clinical autonomy, high demand, and rapid partnership pathways take center stage. Joining an established pediatric team with dedicated behavioral health and APP support, you will manage a broad outpatient panel with zero inpatient duties. This full-time Pediatrics position on the Oregon Coast provides immediate financial guarantee paired with long-term partner earning potential. Practice Overview Join an established pediatric team within a physician-owned multispecialty group that has served the community for decades Purely outpatient pediatrics with a mix of well-child and acute care visits; no inpatient responsibilities Work alongside pediatric physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and strong clinical support staff Opportunity to perform procedures such as circumcisions, suturing, abscess I&Ds, and develop niche clinical interests due to local specialty demand Schedule Four-day workweek (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Typical patient volume of 18-22 patients per day, with seasonal increases during peak illness periods Shared outpatient call with nurse triage handling first-line calls; physician involvement is infrequent No inpatient call, hospital rounding, or newborn nursery responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary performance incentives Partnership track available after two years with a low buy-in; established partners earn $500,000 annually Signing bonus and relocation assistance, plus negotiable residency stipend for qualified candidates Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, five weeks PTO, and $3,000 CME allowance Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Open to both experienced pediatricians and graduating residents Interest in practicing broad-spectrum outpatient pediatrics Comfortable performing common office-based pediatric procedures or willing to expand procedural skills Community & Location Highlights Coastal Oregon location offering easy access to beaches, fishing, hiking, and outdoor recreation Family-friendly community with excellent opportunities for boating, kayaking, and year-round outdoor activities More attainable housing costs than many larger West Coast markets Regional airport access and a relaxed lifestyle with minimal traffic and easy commutes Start the conversation now to see if this opportunity is the right next step for you.614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
